I use Mitchell and the scheduler in the system to me is very complicated. So still using white board. It is something I need to spend time on. Does anyone else feel the same about the Mitchell scheduler?

I'm not so concerned about the reviews. I just want my customers reminded about recommended services, and maintenance schedules etc. from what I have seen with Mitchell I can see exactly what and when I have made and or sent the recommendation quickly. Demand force and mechanic net require a little more hunting to find these things.

Just go set up with Mitchell crm today. I was with mechanic net prior. I like the integration with shop management. I was not at all impressed with mechanic net.

I 2nd that Randall is wonderful to deal with and really knows how to get things done. Also very nice guy in general.

Mspec I had the same problem with bolt on. I really wanted to be able to print key tags.

We have a Hunter presto 2 yrs old. We do on average 2 alignments per day. We use stands and it works for us. The old machine we had was a Sun that worked great. However the old machine was cables and took too much time to set up. The new hunter is a wireless which saves time. I will say that the stands are a little of a pain but we can still perform a 4 wheel alignment on most cars in 30 minutes.

Agreed Hunter is the way to go.

Too many people think they are entitled. It's pathetic.

We use alldata, shop key, and identifix. I find they all have pros and cons. However you defiantly need at least 2 of the 3. Just my opinion.
