  2. Forced branding on who? XOXO or the automotive shop? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. A 2008 Chevy Tahoe and it doesn’t need ball joints???? LOL!!! Anyways, we pay our techs .2 for their inspections. However if the recommendations get sold, they get the repair. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. A technician like that is not worth having. His lack of workmanship will cost you dearly. Not only by losing a potential sale but by possibly putting your customers at risk. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Our website is Http://www.garageguysautomotive.com We're pretty satisfied with our website but I always like constructive criticism! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. We have been using Mitchell TeamWorks for about 2 years now. And I have absolutely no complaint. I feel some of their add-on service are a little bit expensive. But I'm happy with everything I have. Definitely cheaper than RO writer and AllData Manage Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I have also been dabbling with the idea of raising our labor rate. I'm just kind of worried about future customers not returning because of that.
  8. Hi Spencer, I'm in the Richmond/Rosenberg area here in Texas. Our labor rate is at 78 an hour. I strongly feel that labor rate highly depends on the area of town that you are in and how much overhead you have.
  9. I've been using SocialCRM for about 6 months. Honestly, I'm pretty happy with it. They key to making a big difference in generating revenue from your exisiting customers is to input the info on the recommendations with follow up date and also in the revisions tab. I also don't like the fact that it doesn't show what it emails the customer, however I put in my vehicle info and my personal info in Mitchell and do a test email to see what it looks like. So far, so good Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Hey Totalautocare, the only way to track revisions on Mitchell is through Report Pro by Bolt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
