We have been using Mitchell TeamWorks for about 2 years now. And I have absolutely no complaint. I feel some of their add-on service are a little bit expensive. But I'm happy with everything I have. Definitely cheaper than RO writer and AllData Manage Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi Spencer, I'm in the Richmond/Rosenberg area here in Texas. Our labor rate is at 78 an hour. I strongly feel that labor rate highly depends on the area of town that you are in and how much overhead you have.

I've been using SocialCRM for about 6 months. Honestly, I'm pretty happy with it. They key to making a big difference in generating revenue from your exisiting customers is to input the info on the recommendations with follow up date and also in the revisions tab. I also don't like the fact that it doesn't show what it emails the customer, however I put in my vehicle info and my personal info in Mitchell and do a test email to see what it looks like.
