Make A Great Impression With First Time Customers

 

Your service personnel must do all they can to create the best possible experience for all first time customers. Obviously, all customers should be treated with exceptional service each time, every time. The difference with new customers is that they may not know you or your staff and may have a little apprehension when their car is being serviced for the first time in your shop. It takes a few visits for you to build a relationship. Your goal with first time customers is to create an experience so outstanding that they feel comfortable with you company and will want to return.
