Who here sends post card reminders or any other time of mailings. Maybe oil change reminders, or inspection reminders... Do you do it on your own, have an outside company do it? What's your process and how successful are you at it.

Facebook is really the one that has grown to be teh most populat from what I am told. I don't really have teh time to check it out. I hear my customers talk about it, also friends and family. I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to show customers that we are up on the times.

Well May was a strong month for us. June started off strong but has died down last week into this week, Not sure what to attribute that to just yet.

Watch how many closed dealerships turn into used car super stores. Just heard it on the radio yesterday about one.

Enterprise has some good rates and discount programs.

What do you guys thing will come from all of this. It just makes me mad to know that at one point between Pollozzi , Obama, and others...bankruptcy for GM was not an option. So, they gave them billions. In then..bankruptcy seemed to be the only option. Waste of money, we're turning more socialist every day!!!
