Xrac how soon can I start?

No one is going to have 100% perfect reviews IMO. If you do get a less than perfect review and you address it promptly, and it is visible to others, it shows you are human and you care. Like I said I get all my reviews to Google+, Facebook and Twitter. It is only 3-4 clicks to get that done. And for the cost I dont think ya can beat it IMO.

M-Spec there is some degree of control. You can reply and apply for a re-review. I have over 60 reviews. Most good. The one 3 star I got wasnt a big deal. And the replys are visible also. And for what its worth you can share them across social media. And the biggie for me is they gather the reviews so I don't have to!

I was "Pay Pal Certified" for over a year. Never got one job. Got a lot of calls but because I wouldn't work for the lowest "est" they had listed for the job the callers refused to come in. They pushed the AARP Preffered shop real hard. Would have thought that would work great here with all the retirees.

I also believe most people that are "price shoppers" only know to ask for a price. How shocked would you be if a client called in with a code, then asked you how much to diagnose, rather that how much it cost to fix?

You said the other shop replaced everything..possible they installed a used ecm?

Yea I took my own steak and onion to Outback and they threw me out!

Working at Dodge we had a Caravan towed in.Lady says she was just driving along the interstate, heard a loud bang under the car and it quit running. Got it pushed in and lifted. Found about a foot of 2x4 sticking out the front of the gas tank. Pulled the tank out and there was another3 foot or so in the tank. Had gone thru and broke off the fuel pump. When asked the lady swore she didn't see it in the road!

I would probably look at another jasper engine. Never had a problem with the products. The other thing I find odd is that all the injectors would go at the same time. I dont do a lot of diesel work tho.

I get a lot from the Motor Age magazine online. Also have my Federated store that does a lot of training.

I would be concerned that it may have split a belt in the tires.

Every year I swear the next year is the one that will be the "break out" year. I am spending this week reviewing my business for last year and planning for the new year. My biggest goal this year is to DOUBLE my gross sales! Secondly will be to buy a building if possible. Third is to be debt free (shy the building). Lofty goals...you bet. But I find myself being the "shop that will help you out" and it is not leading to the profits I need to be seeing. I love helping folks but the time has come to help myself! I don't plan to be a grumpy old man just gotaa be firm and profitable!

To that end I want to thank every one here in ASO for your help, guideance and most of all your FRIENDSHIP! You dont know (or maybe you do) how much this all means to me!

Depends on the work flow. I generally don't get a lot of biz the week tween CHRISTmas and New Years. Kickin around the idea of being "closed" that week. Got some plans for the office/waiting room. Have stacks of paper work to do to close the year. Also have a few project cars I would like to get wrapped up and out. After Christmas it will usually take off with the "snow birds" coming in. That will depend on the weather up north!
