Correctly if I'm wrong, but Mitchell revamped thier CRM program? Correct?
Thats what it sounds like, it sure sounds good but I will road test it and let you know. The good thing is there is no contract.

Was not Happy with Mitchells program.
How long ago did you try Mitchell?

Welcome to ASO, join in on the forums, there's a lot of great information on this site from shop owners around the world.
Yeah there's even one in your own backyard, or up the hill I should say. Welcome from Little Falls Auto Service!

I am using Demandforce and my contract is up. I dont like contracts and am going to sign up with Mitchell. They have a lot of new things. There is no contract so I'm going to try it out. I'll let you know how it goes....

These videos help us to remember those that are fighting for our freedom.....
Words can not express my gratitude

I can't speak for their mentoring program much but our own Joe Marconi (staff on this site) works for them. He would be the one that could give you very valuable information.
I can speak for Joe firsthand. I've worked with different management companies in the past and will say that you will not be disappointed with Joe....
Elite is a good ethical company. Keep in mind, there are no "silver bullets" to business. As with any management company, you have to be willing to make the changes necessary to get the results you achieve+1

I always knew he loved cars but was interesting to me is that he started out as a tech in a dealership

I can't stand when the government has to step in and try to solve every little stupid problem. We always like to blame our leaders, government, politicians for the problems in our country but until individuals and families and business owners get in order we will continue down this path we've been on. I mean come on give me a break we need laws to tell us how to fix a tire right?

There needs to be a balance and fair monetary agreement between the insurance company and the repair shop or body shop. Insurance companies go through great lengths to insure they are profitable. They do not loose and will adjust their prices upward to insure their profit each year. We in the repair industry need that same consideration and respect.
I never thought of it that way before but I couldn't agree with you more!

Great one Gonzo! It's funny after 28 years in the automotive repair field I only had 3 ASE certs. They just expired so I renewed them and got one more and am scheduled for 2 more this month. The title Certified definitely carries weight. After being a master all these years I might as well have the patch. Also you are master at writing, keep up the good work....

I'm hearing the same from my brother who is a service advisor for Mercedes. They are really cracking down on the times and what they will allow with the warranty work. In turn nobody wants the warranty work. I'm glad I dont have a new vehicle that needs warranty work.

Hey Joe,

Great, I went to use my IDS today to reprogram a Mazda PCM and no more Mazda with the new update. Apparently there has been a divorce between Ford and Mazda. Anybody run into this yet? Have any workarounds? Sounds like you will have to get a Mazda disc like I did on the Jaguar..... Uhhh

Since I started getting reviews online I know that it has helped bring people to me. People do use the internet and how else would they get to know about you besides reviews when are checking you out in cyberspace? Yes there's good and bad in everything. And I'm sure it is people out there with false reviews but the genuine ones from the heart are hard to fake

I just got a direct mail piece today from my local Mazda dealer parts dept. They are offering free access to tech info. Anyone know about this? I knew that Hyundai offered free service.
