Price your alignments to cover the extra time it will take. Most new cars will need to have this done. It then will not be a sore point with the customer.

We have the Hunter Hawk eye system the has the capability to reset the steering wheel sensors. Hopefully they will update the alignment computer to be able to do all the resets that are required. Time will tell. We have the option of using the scan tools but that is extra time so cost will increase if needed. Gary

We do not install customer supplied parts. Solves the problem for us. We can control quality this way. Some customers you do not want. Diagnose and repair is the way to go. Win Win situation. -

Hire a certified business accountant who can set you up with what you need to track your business. -
Clown suits, ape suits and anything else they can think of to attract attention. The local Pro Oil Change location has added tire changing and storage to their menu as well. Lots of upselling with wallet flushing on special every day. Gary

We rent to a transmission rebuilder and that is all he does. He runs a reputable business and has insurance and is busy all the time. The building has 7 bays and his two were added on specifically for his transmission business so there is a wall between the two business with separate entrances. It has worked out well for both parties and we both send each other business. Gary -
