Pressure washer hose reels not only make hoses last longer, they save time and frustration. Trailer mounted reels pivot and point to where you need the hose. Wall mounted ones save much needed space on the ground. Hand Carry models are light, yet durable to withstand the heavy duty workload. All our models are weather resistant due to the durable, powder-coat paint that creates a hard, smooth finish that stays attractive for years. The constant tension design keeps the reel from unspooling additional hose. The high-strength, free spinning and full-palm handle rides on a solid steel shaft.

Most communities have a variety of repair shops, dealerships, and franchise models.  Do you consider them the competition, or colleagues?
Do you think it's worth it to get to know other auto businesses in your community?  To share and exchange business ideas and strategies?

The gang’s all here; we have the entire Aftermarket Radio Network together for an important episode inspired by the movie Moneyball. We all have experience with people who are not our top performers, but are we better to have them on the team than not? You know them; they are consistent, reliable, steady, and contributors. Are they worth replacing? Will they become the best or top performers, or do they help strengthen our overall performance? A great discussion among your peers.

With all the different makes and models these days, and the complexity of modern vehicles, is it still possible to work on all makes and all models? To add to that, we now have to contend with electric cars.
Are we heading to more specialization? How do auto repair shops evolve their business model and their target customers?

As shop owners, we are constantly finding ways to motivate our employees, and often we think it's money. Money does factor into motivation, but don't employees want other things?
If we knew what motivated our employees, we stand a better chance of keeping them and improving morale and production.
So, how do we find out? Do we ask them? Would they tell us?

I think in the short term, the internal combustion engine is not going anywhere soon. But what about the long term?  If the electric vehicle is to become the dominant vehicle model in the future, how does that change the traditional gas station business?
I think it would be interesting to hear from our fellow gas station shop owners, and how they view their future.
