Robotic/Kiosk Service Adviser/Mechanic

Got it. I understand how it will help a lot however I am curious to really know what level of tech will you need to have? What would you have to pay that person? It still seems to be that the engagement level of the tech still has to be very high. It would also cost a nice fat subscription fee to be apart of such a program. I am also curious how much money and resources can the chains commit to something like this.
