AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS AND PROBLEMS SOLVED
Greg S. replied to DUFRESNES's topic in Automotive Parts & Suppliers
Yes thank you. Are they charging you $20 / month hazardous fee for the tank? That's what I fought with them over here in Florida. -

AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS AND PROBLEMS SOLVED
Greg S. replied to DUFRESNES's topic in Automotive Parts & Suppliers
Where on earth did you find the tracer gas? We bought the gas from the only source we could find, Airgas and now they charge me $20 / month hazardous gas fee for me to store a non hazardous bottle that is 95% nitrogen. The air we breathe is 89% nitrogen. I have searched for another source without luck. -
Used Rust-oleum epoxy sheild coating from home depot, etched floor per instructions. Looked great for 3 months completely gone by first year. Bubbled up and pealed. Professional gave a bid of $5,000 for 2 bays, said the secret was to grind the concrete using a grinding machine to get below the years of oil and solvents from an old floor like ours. Still waiting on funds to get professionally done.

Question about management program?

I love them. Over 100 new reviews in 3 months. I don't use the inspection, so I can't confirm the comment that you have to bypass anything. I also didn't have to leave a cc for the free trial?
