    Very slow this month, so far only around 60% of what we did for October. UGH anyone else slow?

      Business has been spotty in many areas of the Tri-state area. Not sure why. Weather. A few cold snaps and we will be back in action.

      We were unusually slow for the first 3 weeks of October then it took right off and November has been amazing. We have set records for sales,ARO,GPM, Billed Hours.

      We dont compare one month to another month in the same year, but we will compare the months to other months from years past and we are only growing.

      No, same here. Picking up. End of summer and school has an effect on business.

      My coach insists that it doesnt mattwr the time of year or whether you have a shop in a city or rural america. You should be able to control your income and car count. Reality check needed!

      Same here. We had a great spring and most of the summer was great. It's a roller coaster, that's for sure!

      Flash flooding today with an ice and snow storm to roll in about noon. Temperature to drop 7 degrees in 2 hours.

      It's hard to remain positive when the weather stops you from working, week after week after week.

    Does anyone else get annoyed when you are on the phone and a customer walks in and just starts asking questions as if they don't see the phone next to your ear?
