I used to try and post to our page myself until I realized two things a year ago: 1-I didn't have a clue what I was doing 2-I was posting so infrequently that my posts didn't do any good I signed up with Optimize Social Media and the results have been fantastic! They usually post something to Facebook & Twitter everyday and I don't have to worry about it. I have my own contact person and can call and e-mail if I want something specific posted. I also get weekly statistics and every couple of months my contact calls and checks in. I also get a call about negative reviews, and we discuss the best way to respond publicly, and then they respond. There is a monthly fee, but I feel it has been well worth it as our page gets more likes and views everyday. Also there is a discount if you are a NAPA Autocare center.
  3. I also use Optimize Social Media. They are great. Whenever we have something going on or are doing a fundraiser I just email or call with details and they handle it. Our social media presence and responses way up, and it’s helped with our website hits and google presence. They also have a discount if you’re a NAPA Autocare Center.   4. I wanted to give everyone here an update. I saw this thread a couple of weeks ago and reached out for more information about it. John contacted me personally by phone and answered all of my questions. I decided to give TextBox a try. I have tried several "free" texting programs and even used Mitchell Pro Pack for almost a year. Every free program I used left something to be desired, and Pro Pack was so cumbersome that we never used it. To me one of the most important aspects is that the phone number remains the same. Customers don't need to remember another number!! They can text the same number that they would call!. John got me set up rather quickly and kept in contact through the whole process. He even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was working out. The program is very easy to use and even my "not so tech savvy" service advisor is loving it!! the message templates make it quick to let a customer know their vehicle is ready and the auto reply for after hours texts is awesome. I also really appreciate the personal service that I have received from John and the crew. Anytime you have a question, you just text support and they respond immediately and will call if necessary! Now I know this may sound like I'm on the payroll, I assure you I'm not.
