We used them for years and then we found another company that offered more for less (DemandForce). We had a few problems with Customerlink at the end. I had to call the top person to get it straightened out. Definitely check out both before you choose.

I wish we could do that. We are stuck in a government run monopoly.

Boy I am steaming about our "so called" workman's comp in Washington. It is a government run monopoly. We have 2 Techs and a service writer and we paid $15,000 last year. We had a guy have rotator cuff surgery 2 years ago and one bogus claim 5 years ago and we are getting hammered. They treat us the same as NY if the service writer walks through the shop we have to pay the big premiums.

Hi,
We started our shop 10 years ago. After major struggles the first year or two making ends meet (even though we were busy)) we took some business classes and turned it around. We look forward to learning more and interacting with other business owners.

We are loosing our best Tech. We put an ad on Craigslist and have really gotten only a handful of apps. Wish there were more good qualified techs looking for work around us.

I found out that reviews drop off after 2 or 3 years. That seemed lame to me. I am sure if you spend money with them that is a different story. Just have a bad taste for that company. The salesman that calls is rude.
