This past week wa one if the worst in a long time. Slow.

Flying to San Diego to do the Elite Eagles Course- and enjoy some sunshine too.

So I just had a person call wanting a tow. She has 2 flat tires in the front. Says they have been flat for a couple of weeks but wants tires today. She wanted it towed to a big tire store because they are open today & I am not & said otherwise she would have had me do tires. But when I couldn't be there in 30 minutes to tow it she said to forget it. She didn't have time to wait for me to get there. SMH. Two week old flat tires are now an emergency.

9 degrees this morning here in Indiana. This is the coldest I can remember for this time of year. I guess it is just global warming.

My former service manager for eight years, retired army ranger, and good friend who was diagnosed with lung cancer in May, 2013, died this morning. It is a very sad day.

Shop is SLAMMED! Gonna be here all weekend. Make hay while the sun is shining. First time in years I haven't had the smoker fired up for Labor day.

It's been snowing all day and expected to snow thru the night. Winter, I guess it's here.

In California visitig my first Grandchild, a baby boy. His name is Jackson! On cloud nine!

The weather is turning colder, winter is coming. Too soon for me!

Well my vacation is all but done. A few more days and it's back to the shop. This has been great... taking a few weeks off was just what I needed. By next weekend I'll be back to my usual articles and silly comments. Glad ya got by without me. LOL just kiddin. Take a vacation .. it's worth it.
