We explain to customers that all brake pads are not created equally and let them know the difference and most the time they pick the good service. If you tell the customer right off the bat a price on a good service theyll go to a 99.99 brake job place and get the cheap pads and then keep going back and getting upsold till noise is gone instead of taken them to a shop that's looking out for the customers best intrest. So I use the the best pads and service the rotors and calipers and no problems. But if they do choose the cheap pads their ready for noise. The bg brake pad treatment does help on cheap pads tho.
