Shop is SLAMMED! Gonna be here all weekend. Make hay while the sun is shining. First time in years I haven't had the smoker fired up for Labor day.

Finally cooled off here in Florida. Love these 60 degree mornings!

Headed t Jacksonville for the Mitchell 1 training then headed down to St. Agustine for a day. education with a mini vacation!!

Had a great BBQ Monday. Smoked 15 pounds of St Louis ribs with my secret rub, 40 homemade poppers, with all the fixins! And very little left overs. Musta been good!

9:30 am and already 85 in the shop! Heat index today is going over 100! I can handle the heat but this humidity is crazy!!

*:40 pm. Headed to da house. It has gotten crazy this week. Thank You Lord! Pray it stays this way for a while!

Slow at the shop. May just start this holiday early!

I dont think the finances are there. Odds are I will open a small shop in or around Springfield. Thanks for the heads up tho.
