dear friend i have a smog check shop in california and i am thinking to hire a employ as a contractor...plus please can you guide me to have him sign, some guidelines that he has to follow during the work....i heard about a form 1099.....but i think you have more experience,,,,so plz help me....you cam e mail me thanks in advance....................pammi singh
