Well... It's temperamental. There is limited customer support. Poor data boxes, hard to input information.

Hi all, We've been working on Masterlink's Auto Shop Writer for years and we're wondering if we want to keep working with them. Are there any opinions about that software? If you're familiar with it, are there other programs that work better? Thanks, Munk's Motors
