we just invested in the ateq vt55. thing does everything we need it to from ecu reprogram on Asians to Europeans . also now has capability to program aftermarket sensors like alligator sensit right off of the unit . it was a little more pricey than some of the competitors but tpms systems seem like its here to stay so for us it was a worthwhile investment , also all the updates are easy to download right from the pc to the unit.

Is there a reason you picked it over the Bartec tool or others?

In the market for a good TPMS tool. There is has been info in the past but a lot of new equipment has been introduced since then.

So what are the recommendation's for a good TPMS tool?

Do you have one you don't like?

Very interested in this segment, specifically the off-road side of the business. I currently have a General Repair Business and am thinking of adding a couple bays next door for off-road. Off-road is my personal hobby therefore my interest in that market. It appears to me there will be little to any markup on the parts side with the Internet so the business model has to be supported by labor charges.
