Be aware that they do expect the owner to sign a personal guarantee.  Depending on your legal set up and future plans for business transfer, this may or may not matter.

I refused and that was the end of the application process.  My current and previous processors both laughed at the request.  I have a better rate now than 1st mile was offering even with the guarantee.
