I'm off to Florida for the rest of the week to shoot some automotive training videos. Even though I've done several other videos for different companies, this time... I'm writing the scripts as well as being in front of the camera. If all goes well they have 18 more to do. Wish me luck. I'm going to need it.

This weekend my youngest...and yes... the last one still in the house is graduating high school. It's a big day for him as well as the wife and I. In a few months he's off to the University of Denver to study computer science. First time to be an empty nester... I think I'm going to like it. LOL Congratulations are in order for my son Mitchell! ! (super smart kid btw)

I've been contracted by AVI (Automotive Video Inc,) To do a series of videos, which will involve several trips to Florida. The last couple of weeks I've been writing the scripts and doing the editing. So, there maybe a few rerun articles for awhile. This is has been keeping me busy away from my usual writing schedule.

Today, April Fools Day, is the day I opened my shop 33 years ago. I'm still foolin' them...they think I'm a mechanic or something. ROFL

Playing catch up with articles and assignments. Running a bit late getting the next one out. Starting to have to many pans in the fire. Kind of a good problem to have.

We are in our last (hopefully) snow shut down. No work today. Thursday I leave for Kansas City for the Vision convention. If you're going to be there stop by the Babcox booth and say HI.

OK, I guess we had it coming. Yesterday 70's, today 15 degrees, 4 inches of snow and schools are closed. Looks like I'm stuck at the house.

Heading to Florida, I'll be in the Orlando area at the Caribe Royale hotel attending the MACS convention. Gotta learn some new smart stuff.

Had a rather interesting week. Hardly any work, the big lift blows a seal, and the heater goes out at the house. wonderful ...

April Fools day, I made it around the calender again. Happy me ... shop anniversary!. 30+ and still kickin. I've been kidding myself all these years that I actually own a repair shop. LOL

Spring is here! Time to get the bike out for a well deserved ride.

Back from the convention. This is definetly one convetion to go to. Got a lot of emails and text msgs from people who stopped by the booth. Was really great to meet everyone. See ya there next year for sure!

Heading to Kansas City for the Vision Convention. I'll be there until Saturday. Attending a few classes and meeting a lot of the industry people.

I've got this cold weather figured out. It's cold and I don't like it. That's enough I figure.

Back at the shop after a week in New Orleans. Great convention. Learned a whole lot. Now I've got to get back to work. New stories on their way! !
