June was our best June ever but the first day of July was a stinker.

It is hard to enjoy the Saturday without being able to read what Gonzo has written! At least business was a little better this week.

Getting ready to head to lunch with family. We will eat Italian and then head to candlelight church service. Tomorrow us the big christmas feast with presents.

9 degrees this morning here in Indiana. This is the coldest I can remember for this time of year. I guess it is just global warming.

My former service manager for eight years, retired army ranger, and good friend who was diagnosed with lung cancer in May, 2013, died this morning. It is a very sad day.

July was flat for us. We were down about 1 % but August has started strong. Last week I was helping my daughter move. She is now in Acworth, Ga, near Kennesaw north east of Atlanta.

June has been running strong. We will be up between 25-30 percent over last year.

May is going really strong and I am pleased!

Missed two days with stomach flu! Caught it from one of my guys. Nasty stuff!! Stomach is still uneasy but I am keeping food down.

Today is my 40th wedding anniversary.

My Army Ranger Service Manager has been diagnosed with Stage IV Lung Cancer. He has been the heart and soul of our shop and my dear friend. Please pray for him and his family and for me as I deal with all the implications of this development.

I just had the privilege of meeting Tony Gobble and his wife and visiting their shop in Cleveland, TN. They have a very nice shop and we had a great visit.

Same here Joe. Very busy tough week. Need to hire some better help but can't find any.
